Breath Tests:

  • The kit will be mailed directly to you.
  • You can collect the breath specimens yourself, following the detailed instructions that will be included in the test kit.
  • Included in the test kit will be a pre-paid UPS Shipping Label. Simply place the collected breath specimens back into the box and apply the pre-paid label to the top of the box.
  • Send the specimens back to Commonwealth Laboratories.
  • Commonwealth Laboratories will analyze the breath specimens within 24 hours of the arrival to the lab and send you the results within that same 24 hour time period.
